Connect your Pipedrive account to the Un1ty app.
Link one or more Un1ty phone numbers to Pipedrive.
Enable the integration through official Pipedrive authentication (OAuth).
An active Un1ty account with admin rights.
An active Pipedrive account with rights to authorize apps.
One or more phone numbers already set up in Un1ty.
Access to the Un1ty app: https://app.un1ty.one
A compatible web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
Log in to the Un1ty app
Open your browser.
Go to https://app.un1ty.one.
Log in with your Un1ty credentials.
Expected result: you land on the main screen of the Un1ty app.
Go to integration management
In the left sidebar menu, click on Plan.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
In the Integrations & API section, click on Integration management (or All integrations).
Expected result: the page listing all available integrations is displayed.
Start the Pipedrive integration
Find the Pipedrive integration in the list.
Click on Install integration.
Expected result: the Pipedrive integration configuration screen opens.
Name the integration
In the Integration name field, enter a name (e.g. Pipedrive).
Expected result: the name clearly identifies the integration in Un1ty.
Choose the authentication method
Select OAuth (recommended).
This method uses the official Pipedrive app and doesn’t require an API key.
Click on Next.
Expected result: the number selection screen is displayed.
Select the numbers to link
Tick one or more phone numbers to link to the Pipedrive integration.
Click on Next.
Expected result: a summary screen of the integration is displayed.
Check the summary
Check the following information:
Integration name.
Authentication method: OAuth.
Selected phone numbers.
Click on Confirm and install.
Expected result: you’re redirected to Pipedrive to authorize the integration.
Authorize the integration in Pipedrive
On the Pipedrive page, scroll down if needed.
Click on Autoriser or Allow.
Confirm the installation of the Un1ty app.
Expected result: a message confirms that the integration was installed successfully.
Check the integration in Un1ty
Go back to the Un1ty app.
Go to My integrations.
Expected result: the Pipedrive integration appears as active with the linked numbers.
The Pipedrive integration is visible in My integrations.
Its status is Active.
The selected phone numbers are correctly listed and linked to Pipedrive.
No additional action is required on the Pipedrive side.
Issue 1: Pipedrive doesn’t show in the integrations list
Symptom: the integration can’t be found.
Likely cause: insufficient permissions or page not refreshed.
Fix: check your admin rights and reload the page.
Issue 2: Can’t be redirected to Pipedrive
Symptom: nothing happens after “Validate and install”.
Probable cause: pop-ups blocked by the browser.
Solution: allow pop-ups for https://app.un1ty.one or switch to another browser.
Problem 3: Authorization denied in Pipedrive
Symptom: error message during authorization.
Probable cause: Pipedrive account without admin rights.
Solution: log in with a Pipedrive account that has the required rights.
Problem 4: Numbers are not visible after installation
Symptom: the integration is active but without associated numbers.
Probable cause: no numbers selected during setup.
Solution: edit the integration and add the missing numbers.
Problem 5: Integration displayed but inactive
Symptom: inactive status in My integrations.
Likely cause: Pipedrive authorization not completed.
Solution: restart the installation and confirm the authorization again in Pipedrive.
