Manage an existing Pipedrive CRM integration

Goal

• Access the list of Pipedrive integrations configured in the Un1ty App.

• Edit, deactivate, or delete an existing Pipedrive integration.

• Update the name, associated number and, if applicable, the API key of the integration.

Prerequisites

• An active user account on https://app.un1ty.one.

• Permissions that allow you to manage integrations (administrator or equivalent role).

• At least one Pipedrive integration already set up in Un1ty.

• An up-to-date web browser.

Step-by-step procedure

Access integration management

1. Open your browser and log in to https://app.un1ty.one.

   • Expected result: You land on the Un1ty App home screen.

2. In the navigation menu on the left, click on Plan.

   • Expected result: The sections related to account setup are displayed.

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and select Integrations & API.

   • Expected result: The page dedicated to integrations opens.

4. Click on Integration management.

   • Expected result: The list of all active and inactive integrations is displayed.

Manage a Pipedrive integration via API key

1. Find the Pipedrive (API Key) integration in the list.

   • Expected result: The integration status (active or inactive) is visible.

2. Click the integration to open its settings.

   • Expected result: The integration configuration options are displayed.

3. To disable the integration, click Disable.

   • Expected result: The integration status changes to inactive.

4. To permanently remove the integration, click Uninstall.

   • Expected result: The integration is removed from the list.

5. To rename the integration, edit the Integration name field.

   • Expected result: The new name is applied immediately.

6. To change the associated number, update the Linked number field.

   • Expected result: The number is saved and taken into account.

7. To change the Pipedrive API key, replace the value in the API key field, then save.

   • Expected result: The new API key is active and used by the integration.

Manage a Pipedrive integration via OAuth connection

1. Go back to the Integration management page.

   • Expected result: The full list of integrations is displayed.

2. Select the Pipedrive (OAuth) integration.

   • Expected result: The settings specific to the OAuth connection are visible.

3. Edit the Integration name or the Linked number if needed.

   • Expected result: The changes are applied in real time.

4. Click Deactivate to pause the integration, or Uninstall to remove it.

   • Expected result: The chosen action takes effect immediately.

Final check

• The Pipedrive integration shows up with the right name.

• The status (active or inactive) matches the action taken.

• The associated number and/or API key are correctly updated.

• Uninstalled integrations are no longer visible in the list.

Troubleshooting

Issue 1

• Symptom: The Pipedrive integration doesn’t show up in the list.

• Likely cause: Not enough permissions or the integration isn’t set up.

• Solution: Check your permissions or create the integration if needed.

Issue 2

• Symptom: Changes (name, number, API key) are not taken into account.

• Probable cause: The changes were not saved.

• Solution: Make sure to confirm each change before leaving the page.

Problem 3

• Symptom: The integration stays inactive after activation.

• Probable cause: Invalid Pipedrive API key or interrupted OAuth connection.

• Solution: Check the API key or reconnect the OAuth integration.

Problem 4

• Symptom: Unable to uninstall the integration.

• Probable cause: The integration is still used by an active flow.

• Solution: Disable the integration, then restart the uninstallation.
