To make sure every call and message is assigned to the right sales rep, you need to link your Pipedrive users to their corresponding Un1ty numbers.
Go to your Un1ty Dashboard.
Go to Settings > Plan > Manage my integrations and select Pipedrive.
Open the sub-menu Linked numbers, you’ll see a list of numbers you assigned to your users and you need to select them so that inbound and outbound calls related to these numbers show up as call tasks in Pipedrive.
Click Edit to confirm.
