Access support: Go to the website https://www.un1ty.one/ or open your Un1ty mobile app.
Start the request: Click on the chat bubble at the bottom right of your screen.
Talk to an expert: Just type "Talk to support" or "Talk to a human". The chatbot will put you directly in touch with an advisor.
Send your documents: Once you’re connected, safely share your new bank details with the person you’re chatting with.
Tip: Using the chat lets you get real-time confirmation that your request is being handled by our agents.
2. By Email (Billing Service)
If you want to keep a formal written record of your request, you can contact our finance department directly.
Write your request: Send your email to orders@un1ty.one.
Specify who you are: To speed things up, include your account name or your customer number in the email subject line.
Attach your bank details (RIB): Don't forget to attach your new RIB to the email.
