How to change your billing email

This procedure lets you change the email address where you receive your Un1ty invoices and payment notifications.

Choose your entry point

You have three options to make this change, which is simple but secure.

1. Via the Chatbot (Website or App)

This is the most interactive way to get in touch.

1. Open the chat

• Go to https://www.un1ty.one/ or open your Un1ty App.

• Click on the chat bubble icon at the bottom right.

2. Ask for a human

• Type "Talk to support".

• The chatbot will put you in touch with an agent.

2. By Email (Billing Service)

You can also reach out to us by email.

1. Send your request

• Send your request to: [email protected]

• Clearly indicate the old and new billing email addresses.
