How to add a Data Extend option

To make the request there are three entry points for this topic:

1. Via the Chatbot (Website or App)

This is the fastest method for immediate activation.

1. Open the chat interface

• Go to https://www.un1ty.one/ or open your Un1ty App.

• Click on the chat bubble icon at the bottom right.

2. Ask an agent for the option

• Type "Talk to support".

• The chatbot will connect you with a human agent to validate the add-on on the line you want.

2. By Email (Orders Service)

For a grouped request over several lines, email is recommended.

• Send your email to: orders@un1ty.one

• List the phone numbers that should benefit from the Data Extend option.
