Are you having problems with Wi-Fi, mobile data or Bluetooth connection on your smartphone? Resetting the network settings is a simple and effective solution to fix these issues without affecting your personal data.
Network settings reset is a feature available on Android smartphones, iPhones and laptops that lets you restore the connection settings to factory values.
This operation:
Clears the custom network settings
Does not affect your saved data (photos, videos, contacts, apps)
Does not affect other options on your device
Easily fixes network problems without having to fully format your system
Use this feature when you encounter:
Wi-Fi issues : Can't connect to a network, unstable connection
Mobile data issues : Mobile Internet not working or extremely slow
Bluetooth issues : Devices that won't pair or connections that keep dropping
Tip: If after the reset the problems are still there, you'll know it's not your phone but rather the network configuration itself or the other Bluetooth device.
What will be keptAll your personal data : Photos, videos, contacts, messages
Your apps and their data
Your carrier's mobile network settings (MMS/SMS configuration)
