Un1ty's Mobile offer is a traditional mobile telephony solution. Unlike our UCaaS offers (Start, Pro, Business plans), it directly uses the GSM network via a physical SIM card or a standard eSIM. It assigns you a native French number (+33 6 or +33 7).
All our plans include Unlimited Calls and SMS in France. The difference lies in the data volume (Data) and access to 5G technology.

Your plan is designed for primary use in France, but it includes a very extensive "Europe" zone.

Usage in Europe is limited to 90 days per year. Beyond that, your usage may be restricted or charged at international rates, as the plan must remain primarily used in France.
To avoid overage charges, here are the call routing rules:
✅ From France to Europe: Included (Unlimited).
✅ From Europe to France (+33): Included (Unlimited during your 90 days).
❌ From Europe to Europe: Not included. If you call a Spanish number 🇪🇸 while you are in Italy 🇮🇹, the call is charged per minute.
❌ From France to the rest of the World: Not included (charged according to the zone).
When you leave the Europe zone:
The basic plan no longer applies.
USA-CANADA Pack: Included natively in the TRAVELER plan (2 GB + 120 min + 100 SMS). For other plans, this pack is available as an option.
Data Pass: For any other country (Asia, Africa, etc.), you must subscribe to a [Data Pass] (dedicated eSIM Data) to avoid significant roaming charges.
If you consume 100% of your data allowance before the end of the month, you can add a one-time top-up valid until the next billing cycle:

This offer uses a physical SIM card or a standard eSIM (to be configured when placing your order).
It is not compatible with UCaaS applications such as Teams, 3CX or Webex. It is a standard "GSM" mobility service.
