Two types of transfer are available:
Blind transfer (blind transfer) : the call is transferred immediately, without you speaking to the recipient.
Consultative transfer (consultative transfer) : you speak to the recipient first, then you decide whether to validate or cancel the transfer.
You must be in communication to initiate a transfer.
The destination number is dialed in national format, with 10 digits (e.g. 0601020304).
Codes are entered from the dial pad displayed during the call (Keypad / Keypad button).
Use this transfer when you want to send your caller directly to a colleague or number, without prior announcement.
During the call, press Keypad to display the numeric keypad.
Dial: *21 + the 10 digits of the destination number + #
Example:
*21 0601020304 #
The call is immediately transferred to the recipient. Your call ends automatically.
Use this transfer when you want to notify your colleague first before passing the call to them.
During the call, press Keypad.
Dial: *22 + the 10 digits of the destination number + #
Example:
*22 0601020304 #
Your initial contact is put on hold and you are connected with the recipient. You can announce the call to them.

These codes work on all phones (iOS, Android), without a dedicated app: it's the Un1ty line that handles the transfer.
Remember to dial the number without the international dialing code (0601020304 and not +33601020304).
In consultative transfer, as long as you haven't hung up, nothing is final: you can always go back to your caller with *23#.
A blind transfer is instantaneous: if the recipient doesn't answer, the call will follow their own forwarding rules (voicemail, etc.).
