Configure the GoHighLevel x Un1ty integration

Connect Un1ty to your CRM to access your console and launch your campaigns from GoHighLevel. Follow the steps below to link your location and verify that the connection is working.

Prerequisites

An active Un1ty account with administrator rights required to install integrations.

A GoHighLevel account for the location authorized to install the application, its login credentials, and access to its email inbox to receive the security code.

A Un1ty user configured with the same email address as this GHL account, with access permissions and the location's phone line.

The Un1ty number to link, confirmed by your administrator or the Un1ty team.

Note: if you use GHL under the name Rise or Flip, keep your usual CRM login credentials.

Step 1 Access the integrations catalog

Sign in to your app.un1ty.one portal with your Un1ty administrator account.

In the left-hand menu, click Plan.

Scroll down to Integrations and API, then click All integrations.

Find GoHighLevel and click Install integration.

Step 2 Name your integration

Enter an easy-to-recognize name, for example GHL Toulouse Centre, then click Next.

Tip: use your establishment's name to easily find the right connection if you manage multiple locations.

Step 3 Assign your Un1ty line

Select the line corresponding to the establishment you want to connect.

Check the Un1ty number intended for this establishment.

Click Assign.

Check the name and number in the summary, then click Validate and install.

Note: Un1ty may use a different technical number from your usual number. In this case, select the one indicated in the correspondence sent by the Un1ty team.

Step 4 Authorize the connection in GoHighLevel

You will be redirected to GoHighLevel to authorize the installation on your business’s sub-account.

If Agency View is displayed, select Sub Account View, then click Install.

Log in with the business’s GHL email address and password.

If a security code is requested, follow the proposed method. To receive it by email, click Send code to email, then enter the code you received.

Check the relevant sub-account, review the permissions, and click Install to complete the process.

Once the authorization is approved, you will be redirected to Un1ty.

Please note: the password requested at this step is your GHL, Rise, or Flip password. It may be different from your Un1ty password.

Step 5 Find your console in the CRM

In Un1ty, open My integrations and check that the connection is active, with the correct line associated.

Open GHL with the account of the establishment associated with Un1ty, then go to the correct sub-account.

Refresh the page and click Un1ty, at the bottom of the left-hand menu.

Check that your establishment name appears in the console.

Important: access to the console is linked to the establishment's GHL account configured with Un1ty. A manager account that accesses multiple sub-accounts does not automatically have this access.

Step 6 Verify that it works

If the SMS service is enabled, perform a test using your own number to check the end-to-end connection.

In GHL, add the tag TEST UN1TY to your contact record only.

In Un1ty > SMS marketing, select this tag and enter a short message.

Click Verify selection: only one recipient should appear. Check the number of segments, then click Send.

Check that the SMS was received and that the Un1ty SMS activity appears in your GHL contact record.

Note: the test sends a real SMS, which will be deducted according to your plan. You can stop before sending to check only the contact selection.

Connect multiple locations

Repeat these steps for each location, using its name, its Un1ty line, and its GHL account. Before setting up a new location, make sure you are no longer logged in to the previous location’s GHL account.

If you encounter any issues

The security code does not appear in your inbox

Check the address of the account you are logged in to and check your spam folder. You must also have access to the two-factor authentication method used by this inbox.

The Un1ty tab is missing or the console denies access

Refresh GHL, then check the selected sub-account and the account you are logged in to. Use the location’s account associated with Un1ty rather than your manager account.

The line cannot be found or the installation is denied

Ask your administrator to verify the line assignment and your Un1ty permissions. If the denial appears in GHL, ask them to check the installation permissions on the relevant sub-account.

Need help? Contact Un1ty support and specify the institution, the account used, and the step where you are blocked. Include the error message, without sharing a password or security code.
